METAL - a Sculpture Exhibit

Two of my sculptures are included in the show, curated by Natsuki Takauji and organized by Anne Stanner, president of Sculptor Alliance.
‘The exhibition ‘METAL’ explores the possibilities of the uses of metal in various art forms. When metal as a material was a theme of art shows, traditionally it’s been a group of craft work or cast sculptures; the technique of metal fabrication and its beauty, durability and versatility have been greatly appreciated in art history. This exhibition showcases a range of approaches, from traditional to contemporary sculptures and installations. That's not necessarily about the technique or beautiful finish, but also about how artists are inspired by and interact with metal in their artistic practices and their everyday lives.’
